Grant Gerhart is a real estate broker with over 13 years of experience in the real-estate industry. As a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), he is part of the top 3% of realtors and brokers nationwide who have earned this coveted designation based on production and education. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), he has demonstrated a track record for providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with his clients. He then pursued real-estate law, which is one of his secondary interests and his experience as a former legal assistant gives him a greater understanding of legal contracts. He uses this past experience to help his clients. After passing his California brokers test, he started his own business, IRG, to sell residential real-estate. Since then, he has built up a solid foundation of repeat business, and referrals from satisfied customers. He continues to provide excellent customer service for his clients and giving them the support that is needed to find or sell their dream home.

Today, he is one of the most well-known real estate agents in Orange County and Laguna Hills. He’s published various e-books on real-estate with his material being featured in publications such as Bloomberg.
